dsRNA Ligase
T4 RNA Ligase 2 is an ATP-dependent dsRNA ligase that mediates intermolecular and intramolecular ligation of RNA strands, efficiently seals nicks in double-stranded RNA substrates, and can catalyze ligation between the 3'-hydroxyl of an RNA strand and the 5'-phosphate of a DNA strand when both ends are positioned within a double-stranded nucleic acid duplex.
