Endoglycosidase H is a recombinant glycosidase cloned from Streptomyces plicatus that specifically cleaves the chitobiose core of high-mannose and select hybrid-type N-glycans on glycoproteins, enabling efficient removal of high-mannose glycans from glycoprotein substrates.
